A5 demonstrates its business potential in its 11th year with robust growth, reaffirming its plan to expand luxury horizontal projects continuously until 2026, with a total of 9 projects valued at over 16.8 billion baht. The luxury real estate market continues to thrive, with a revenue target of 5 billion baht by 2027. In the final quarter of 2024, the company will launch a new project, CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen (แซงค์ รอยัล เดอะ เอททีน บางนา), valued at 1.65 billion baht. The VANA Ratchapruek-Westville project has already achieved over 70% sales of the released phase, with a solid backlog of 900 million baht supporting the projected revenue growth.

Mr. Supachok Panjathasap, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leader in luxury horizontal and vertical real estate development, stated that A5 continues to grow sustainably with clear operational goals over the past 11 years. Despite the overall challenging real estate market conditions, the luxury segment remains strong as the demand from customers is not significantly affected by the economic slowdown, allowing the company's projects to proceed as planned, generating continuous revenue and profit growth.

The company successfully transitioned from the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on November 5, 2024, further reinforcing its business potential.

Looking ahead, the company plans to continue launching luxury horizontal projects starting in the fourth quarter of 2024, with the debut of CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna (แซงค์ รอยัล เดอะ เอททีน บางนา), featuring three-story single-family homes on plots ranging from 120 to 276 square wah, with usable areas of 748 to 1,070 square meters, catering to multi-generation living. The project will be surrounded by comprehensive amenities and offers high privacy in an exclusive gated community, with the official viewing expected to commence in February 2025.

Additionally, the company aims to launch four more projects by 2026, with a total project value of 5.25 billion baht, bringing the total to 9 projects valued at over 16.8 billion baht. The focus will be on developing luxury horizontal real estate projects under the VANA and CINQ ROYAL brands, as well as a new luxury brand in prime business district locations, addressing various needs of residents, including transportation, amenities, and large shopping centers. The company expects to start recognizing revenue from new projects in the second half of 2025, with a revenue target of 5 billion baht by 2027.

Currently, the company has a backlog of 900 million baht (as of November 2024) from the CINQ ROYAL Krungthep Kreetha and VANA Ratchapruek-Westville projects launched in the first quarter of 2024, with over 70% of the released phase already sold. It is anticipated that all projects will gradually transfer ownership starting from the fourth quarter of 2024.

Moreover, the company is committed to creating value for society and the environment by striving to be a leader in sustainable real estate. It aims to develop projects that meet customer needs in all aspects, including living standards and quality of life, while seriously adhering to ESG principles. The company aims to achieve carbon neutrality from construction processes by 2050 and reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2060, paving the way to becoming a sustainable stock in the future.
